Rob Binder - Director of Landscape Design Rob has worked as a Landscape Designer for nearly 15 years with experience in a broad range of project types and scope. His experience includes public, private and commercial projects throughout the Twin Cities and Chicagoland areas. He has an expertise in residential landscape design, as well as the primary and secondary school market, community planning, and parks master planning. Additionally, he has experience with multi-use development and community involvement. Rob brings a practical and technical component to his work and a strong aesthetic vision to the projects. Jim Hartwell - President Jim started Franklin Outdoor Services in 1997. Jim and his wife Kari reside in Credit River Township with their 3 children, Collin, Hailey and Mason and 2 dogs Buddy and Patches. They are looking forward to the arrival of their 4th child in October. Tim Keating - Manager - FABULAWN Fertilizing & Weed Control In 1999 Tim was the first employee hired at Franklin Outdoor Services. Tim heads up the fertilization and weed control division. He is licensed with the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and has an extensive knowledge of turf and weeds. Tim lives in Eagan with his boxer Kova. Dale Wolf - Landscape Manager Dale has been with Franklin Outdoor Services since 2003, and heads up the landscape division. He is certified in installing pavers, and modular block retaining walls. He is a true professional, with a reputation for meticulous attention to detail. Dale resides in Lakeville with his wife Michelle, their son Jack and dog Oscar. Jeremy Gohr - Irrigation & Outdoor Lighting Manager Jeremy is the head of the irrigation division, and has been designing, installing and servicing irrigation systems for over 15 years and holds a Minnesota Power Limited Technician license. Jeremy's experience has made Franklin a leader in underground sprinkler systems. He is also a licensed Minnesota Contractor which emphasizes his tremendous versatility. Ryan Lischalk - Grounds Maintenance Supervisor Ryan heads up the grounds division. His plant knowledge and turf experience make him a valuable asset. Ryan is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. Privacy Policy
